FV.apply_regridder()

Apply the regridder object.

Apply regridder object to regrid CAMS or CEDS anthropogenic emissions to the CESM grid. The input data for regridding is stored in the preregrid_path and the regridded data is stored in the regridded_path. Regridder object is loaded from the regridder_filename and can be reused when running apply_regridder().
